KUMO COFFEE
From the estate
to your cup.
We found a roasting partner in the heart of India whose standards match our own: a true medium roast, meticulous sourcing, and coffee that scales beautifully from pour-over to espresso. Their craft, brought to your doorstep by Kumo.
Every coffee we bring you starts at an estate our roasting partners know intimately. It is shade-grown, high-altitude, and maintained to exacting standards. Their work begins long before ours.
Controlled fermentation.
Roasted to a true medium.

The beans undergo a meticulously controlled 72-hour culture natural fermentation process. This extended fermentation encourages the development of vibrant red-fruit sweetness while maintaining a clean, structured profile. After fermentation, the single-origin Arabica from Ratnagiri Estate is carefully dried, locking in its unique fruit-forward characteristics.
The result is a coffee that carries the vivid, jammy notes of strawberry and bubblegum, perfectly balanced by a true medium roast profile calibrated for versatility.
